After your appeal letter is ready, choose a mailing option at checkout. We print your letter, mail it through USPS, and save the tracking number and proof of delivery to your case automatically.

First-Class ($4.99) is standard delivery. Certified Mail with tracking ($12.99) adds a USPS tracking number and delivery confirmation. Certified + return receipt ($16.99) adds the signed return receipt for your records.

No. Mailing is a delivery service only — it gets your letter there with proof of delivery. It does not change the merits of your appeal, and no outcome is guaranteed.

A few documents need a handwritten (ink) signature. We'll tell you when that's the case — those you print, sign, and mail yourself.
