Pricing FAQ
Yes. We print and mail your appeal by USPS mail — First-Class $4.99, Certified with tracking $12.99, or Certified with return receipt $16.99. Proof of delivery is saved to your case and deadlines and reminders are set automatically. Mailing is a delivery service only — it doesn't affect the merits of your appeal.
A case is one denied claim tracked from first denial to resolution. It includes the deadline engine, generated follow-up and escalation letters, call scripts and logs, and response re-analysis. Closed cases stay in your account read-only and don't count against your active-case limit.
Case Tracker includes 1 active case. Each additional active case is $5/month, prorated to your billing cycle. Add or remove slots anytime in Settings — changes take effect immediately.
Yes — that's the intended path. Buy the Single Letter first; when you're ready for tracking, hit "Get next steps" on your letter or report page. Your saved analysis and letter become case #1.
Subscriptions can be canceled anytime in Settings → Manage billing (Stripe customer portal). Access continues until the end of the paid period. No cancellation fees.
