Denial Decoder (decodemydenial.com) is an information and document-drafting tool. It reads documents you upload, compares them, and generates informational analyses and draft letters. Denial Decoder is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. No attorney-client relationship is created by using this service.

Denial Decoder provides self-help document preparation software. You are representing yourself in any matter you pursue using this service. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or recommendations about your rights, and no attorney-client relationship is created by your use of this service. Communications between you and Denial Decoder are protected by our Privacy Policy but are not protected by attorney-client privilege or the work product doctrine. We do not review your documents for legal sufficiency. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and sending anything generated here, and for deciding whether and how to pursue your claim.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and sending any letter generated here, for verifying any mailing address before sending, and for meeting any deadlines that apply to your claim. If your denial letter states an appeal deadline, we show it as a note — but meeting it is your responsibility. Results are not guaranteed.

Everything is a one-time purchase; we offer no subscriptions and nothing renews automatically. The Appeal Letter is $29 (or $49 with USPS Certified Mail included); each follow-up letter (second appeal, escalation, or regulator complaint) is a separate $29 purchase; standalone Certified mailing for an already-purchased letter is $24. An account is created at checkout with only an email and password. Letters require your review and an explicit acknowledgment, which we record, before they can be mailed.

When you use Mail-it-for-me, we mail on your behalf under your name and return address via our print-and-mail provider (PostGrid/USPS). Mailed packages are limited to 12 pages (letter plus exhibits, letter size, printed double-sided); longer packages are provided as a download with a mail-it-yourself checklist. Once a mail order is submitted to the mail provider it cannot be canceled or refunded. A few companies require a handwritten (ink) signature; when that applies we flag it before you pay and you mail that letter yourself.

Do not upload documents you have no right to share, do not attempt to disrupt the service, and do not use generated content to misrepresent facts.

Mailing service acceptable use. The Mail-it-for-me service may only be used to send claim appeal correspondence. Prohibited: threatening, harassing, extortionate, or unlawful content; impersonating an attorney, a government official, or a law enforcement agency; mailing to recipients unrelated to a claim; and fraudulent payment. We screen letters before mailing and may refuse or hold any letter, and we may refuse or suspend service at our discretion. You are solely responsible for the content of any letter you approve and send, including edits you make to generated text. We retain mail transaction records — including IP addresses and letter contents — for 7 years, and will disclose them to law enforcement when legally required.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Denial Decoder and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including denied claims, missed deadlines, or losses arising from reliance on generated content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, and you waive the right to participate in a class action, to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. The date at the top reflects the latest revision.
