Refund Policy

If your analysis or letter fails to generate or is materially empty, contact us within 14 days for a full refund. Because letters are delivered instantly, completed deliveries are otherwise non-refundable.

Cancel anytime in Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not prorate partial months, but if you were charged in error contact us within 14 days. Add-on case slots are prorated automatically when you change them.

Mail orders are non-refundable once submitted to the print-and-mail provider — printing and postage are consumed immediately. If the provider rejects your order (undeliverable address, rendering error) before mailing, we refund the charge automatically and notify you by email.
