Refund Policy

Everything we sell is a one-time purchase — there are no subscriptions and nothing to cancel. Letter purchases (Appeal Letter and follow-up letters, $29 each) are refundable within 7 days if no letter was generated. If your analysis or letter fails to generate or is materially empty, contact us within 7 days for a full refund.

Mail orders are non-refundable once submitted to the print-and-mail provider — printing and postage are consumed immediately. If the provider rejects your order (undeliverable address, rendering error) before mailing, we refund the charge automatically and notify you by email. Mailed packages are limited to 12 pages (letter plus exhibits, letter size, printed double-sided — 6 sheets).

Edits after payment. If a letter fails review after payment, we'll mail the version you previously approved. If you'd rather not send that version, we'll refund the mailing portion of your purchase. The appeal letter itself is not refundable once generated. Repeated attempts to send prohibited content may result in loss of access to the mailing service.
